Not happy with it? Just return it. It’s that easy! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with your original sales receipt, within seven (7) days of receipt of the items to our Brick Store , and we would happily exchange the item for another item of your choice.
Please note that for your returns to be processed, the items
- Must be in new condition
- Haven't been washed, worn or altered
- Must have their original sales tags, labels and bags
- Be accompanied by the original invoice/ receipt.
- Be returned within 7 days of delivery / purchase whichever is later.
Kindly note that we do not give cash refunds
Please note that as Customer you are responsible for returning the items to us , including the return shipping costs associated with the return/replacement. If returning items by mail/dispatch , please note that these costs would include the cost of retrieval/return of the item and the cost of us sending the replacement item to you . We would only be responsible for return shipping costs if the item(s) sold to you are defective or where we sent you the wrong item(s).
Items returned by you would be checked to ensure that they meet the above conditions of return before the replacement items are sent out.
